What is included when you clean my windows?
As standard we include the Window Framework, the Window Pane and the Window Sills in all of our window cleans.
How often do you clean my windows?
We offer Window Cleaning at the following intervals:
2 weekly.
3 weekly,
and 6 weekly.
We also offer 'One-Off Cleaning' as per availability.
How much does it cost?
The cost varies depending on how many windows you have, accessibility, difficulty and the time it takes to clean your property. For your first clean we charge 50% of your monthly cost on top of the usual payment. This is because of the extra time and water it takes to clean the excess dirt that has built up over time.
What equipment do you use?
We use the latest in Water Fed Pole (WFP) systems meaning we clean your windows using purified water.
Purified water is made by a process called 'Reverse Osmosis'. Essentially meaning all of the bad minerals in your standard "tap water" have been removed via a 5 step filtration process. This is far better for your windows. Over a period of around 3 cleans, it forms a barrier on the surface, blocking any dirty water from sticking to your window.
My windows are still wet and you have left my property… why?!
Purified water does not leave any marks or residue on the windows meaning it is perfectly normal and standard procedure to allow the water to evaporate naturally, unlike the traditional method of window cleaning.
Why are you cleaning my windows in the rain?
You may have lived with the notion that you cannot have your windows cleaned in the rain. This is actually not true. Windows are designed to use rain water and sunlight to remove natural debris and dirt on them. It is in fact external dirt such as pollen, dust build up and pesky bird droppings that causes the rain water to attach itself to your window. If your windows are free of any external dirt, when the rain comes it will simply wash away and leave your glass clean. Avoiding having your windows cleaned in wet weather will actually, in the long term, make them worse as water stains may build up and take more time to remove. It is important to keep on top of your regular window cleaning routine, to preserve them so that you reap the maximum benefits that clean windows create.
